This first fail that I found is a picture that Ariana Grande posted to her Instagram. Her hand is extremely long and flat to the point where it looks awkward.
The second image I found was this old American Apparel image. The horse's body is missing and I cannot get over it.
The third image and possibly the scariest is this one. The little girl's face is looking at the camera both in person and in the mirror reflection. Like who even let this happen with this one?
